Event Description:
The 2020 Indiana Residential Code, based on the 2018 International Residential Code with Indiana Amendments, will be effective on December 26, 2019. The statewide residential code governs the construction of Class 2 structures, which include one- and two-family dwellings and townhouses.
Indiana Builders Association, in partnership with the APA and the Building and Development Association of Southern Indiana, will host full-day training focused on the significant changes to all aspects of the code including: building, energy conservation, plumbing, mechanical, fuel gas, and electrical. Training is open to builders, trade contractors, and building officials.
Space is limited, so register early to reserve your seat. Registration will end one week prior to each training.
