Event Description:

Did you know 90% of the U.S. land mass qualifies as rural, and 4 out of 5 households fall under the income limits that qualify for housing loans available through the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture (USDA)?
This 1-hour webinar for builders and lenders will provide information on:

- No down-payment, USDA-guaranteed loans available through approved lenders for moderate-income households in rural areas
- Loans are available to purchase existing dwellings as well as single close construction loans for new construction of a wide range of property types
- Draws are made against the loan, so builder capital or lines of credit are not needed and there are no special government requirements regarding construction

Register today to learn more about the USDA's Single-Family Housing Guarantee Loan Program.
