Webinar: Exploring Financial Tools for Housing Infrastructure

The Indiana General Assembly enacted HEA 1005 during the 2023 legislative session to address critical housing needs in the state of Indiana. Join the Indiana Finance Authority, Accelerate Indiana Municipalities and the Indiana Builders Association for a webinar to learn more about Residential TIF and the new state revolving loan fund for infrastructure for residential development.
