The Indiana General Assembly enacted HEA 1005 during the 2023 legislative session to address critical housing needs in the state of Indiana. Join the Indiana Finance Authority, Accelerate Indiana Municipalities and the Indiana Builders Association for a webinar to learn more about Residential TIF and the new state revolving loan fund for infrastructure for residential development. Experts will join us to talk about the purpose and impact of Residential TIF, developer-backed bonds, the application process for the new IFA program and more. A draft schedule is provided below.
